About the role

Are you an experienced property professional looking to lead meaningful improvement projects that directly benefit communities? At Trident Group, we're looking for a skilled Property Manager to join our dedicated team, overseeing repairs, maintenance, and capital works across our co-operative housing portfolio.

This is your chance to use your technical, strategic, and people skills to shape safe, high-quality homes; while working closely with residents to ensure we meet both compliance and community needs.

What you'll be doing?

As our Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Technical & Project Delivery

  • Conduct detailed property inspections and diagnose structural issues
  • Prepare specifications and oversee highquality repairs and refurbishments
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, HHSRS, CDM, fire, and asbestos standards

Resident & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the key point of contact for coop residents and leaseholders
  • Incorporate resident feedback into project planning and delivery
  • Support the development and training of staff

Commercial & Strategic

  • Manage budgets and contribute to longterm investment planning
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Maintain accurate asset data to inform investment decisions

Who we are?

Trident Group has over 60 years' experience of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,600 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands.
