As a Property Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasehold and freehold developments. You'll interact with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders, ensuring high standards of property management are upheld. Property Management: Delivering high quality management services for your portfolio, including coordinating site inspections and handling maintenance requests.
Financial Oversight: Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets, ensuring accurate billing, and collaborating with clients on year-end accounts.
Coordinating with property assistants and contractors to maintain high standards, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all properties comply with legal and safety requirements, including fire risk assessments and insurance coverage.
Proven experience in property management, with knowledge of Landlord & Tenant and Fire Safety Legislation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
Familiarity with Qube property management software is a plus.
