Are you a dynamic and commercially driven sales leader ready to take your next step in management?
We're looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead high-performing sales teams across one or more of our depot locations, driving profitable growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

What you'll be doing:

As a key member of the regional leadership team, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading and motivating Sales Supervisors and Team Leaders to exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
  • Driving profitability through strong budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Developing and executing commercial sales strategies to grow and retain a diverse customer base.
  • Coaching and developing your teams to deliver a high-performance culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
