Your Role

As our Sales Manager, you'll be at the helm of strategy and execution across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments—crafting partnerships that go beyond bookings and building a high-performing team that thrives on success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a results-driven sales team across all segments
  • Expand our client base—engaging with corporates, event organisers, luxury travel agents, and more
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and optimise performance
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and brand alignment
  • Represent the hotel at trade events, expos, and key networking functions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
  • Report key insights, forecasts, and KPIs to senior stakeholders
