We're looking for a Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Sales Office team. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and efficient sales support across one of our key business channels.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing and managing sales orders, billing, and fulfilment with precision.
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborating with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Managing order discrepancies, stock issues, and credit processes using SAP.
  • Supporting the external sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting as part of a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and active listening.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle challenges with professionalism.
  • Previous experience in using SAP and being in an administrative role is a plus
