We're looking for a confident and commercially minded
Business Development Manager
who thrives on connecting with senior decision-makers and turning ideas into valuable partnerships. If you're motivated by growth, enjoy consultative sales, and love the buzz of high-value deals, this role will tick a lot of boxes.
You'll be joining a
market-leading events team
known for producing world-class conferences that bring together innovators, investors, and global brands across fast-moving industries. This is a great opportunity to step into a

What you'll be doing:
• Driving new business through outreach and strategic partnerships
• Leading sponsorship sales and achieving revenue targets
• Working closely with marketing and production teams to deliver strong ROI for clients
• Building long-term relationships with key accounts and supporting them on-site
• Staying informed on market trends to uncover new opportunities
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in B2B sponsorship, delegate, or media sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
• Target-driven mindset and proactive approach to growth
