Sales Development Representative

My client is a rapidly growing consumer finance provider with a niche within Probate & Family Law lending. After 5 years of trading, they are a profitable scale up and have recently closed a £40M funding line to support scalability, further debt lending & technology development
They are now entering a pivotal part of their growth journey & outbound sales is going to be a significant part of expanding their brand, growing the lending book & customer base in 2026. We are therefore looking for a talented SDR to prospect new introducing partners (Lawyers, Solicitors, IFA's etc) and HNW clients directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full 360 outbound sales cycle, prospect through to close of new lending to go on our book
- Be creative in the outreach strategy – Emails, Marketing Campaigns, Cold calling – We have a brilliant marketing team which can support you
- Utilise our ' back book' of previous customers – Some will have engaged with lending and others may have enquired but not completed
- Once you have prospected an introducing partner, ensure you are building strong relationships to ensure repeat business is generated
Experience
- 2+ yrs SDR / BDE experience into the professional services sector
- Proven success in a full 360 sales cycle
- Ability to demonstrate how you have been creative with your outbound strategy
- Team player, keen to work with teams internally to support you in being successful e.g. Product / Marketing etc
- Target driven – You will be targeted on number of deals / value of deals you bring on to the lending book
