About the role
We are looking for a friendly, well-organised Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a temporary contract, estimated to last 6 months.
This is a part-time position offering flexible morning hours. The role can be structured as Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 1:00pm (16 hours per week) or Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm (20 hours per week), depending on the successful candidate's availabilit
y.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, providing professional front of house service while supporting the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area
- Managing incoming and outgoing DHL and postal deliveries
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery and first aid supplies
- Booking meeting rooms and managing visitor parking
- Arranging lunches and refreshments for client meetings
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You:
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred but not essential
