Humdinger is on the lookout for a Training Coordinator who's passionate about learning, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings structure, creativity, and energy to training coordination and delivery.
In this role, you'll be part of the Learning & Development team at Zertus UK & Ireland, where we make a real difference by ensuring our people are equipped with the skills they need to thrive. Based at our Humdinger Heckington site, you'll be our stand-alone Training Coordinator, welcoming and supporting new starters through structured inductions, maintaining high standards of training compliance for employees, and working closely with teams across the business to deliver meaningful learning experiences. This isn't just about ticking boxes - it's about helping people grow, improving performance, and shaping the future of our sites.

Hours: 37.5
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and delivering job-specific and compliance training (think Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, Equality & Diversity, New Starter Induction and more).
- Keeping our Learning Management System (LMS) up to date and running smoothly.
- Supporting managers and supervisors to develop their teams and plan for future success.
- Ensuring we're audit-ready and training records are accurate and accessible.
- Driving engagement with our learning platform and exploring new ways to reach and inspire our people.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs and deliver meaningful solutions.
Qualifications:
- Great people skills and a knack for organisation.
- Experience in a training role within a manufacturing environment with an understanding of industry and retailer requirements for training compliance.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- LMS experience
- Professional Trainer Certificate or similar additional training is beneficial but not essential
