Hours: Full-time 36 hours per week.
Shifts: Day shifts, day sleep shifts, waking night shifts

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:

Proven Experience & Skills
  • Leading services for individuals with complex Learning Disabilities/Autism/Mental Health
  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the supported living service, ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and CQC standards.
  • Leading staff teams across multiple units, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
  • Contributing to the co-design and co-production of service models that reflect tenant voice and values.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Support Workers, including conducting supervisions and appraisals.
  • Supporting the use of assistive technology and digital solutions to enhance independence and service efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, MCA & DoLS, and crisis intervention.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make confident decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and partnership working skills.
Essential
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a care setting.
  • Experience in service mobilisation and transition planning.
  • Familiarity with NHS commissioning and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge and Training in Safety Intervention, trauma-informed care, and autism-specific approaches.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service
  • Full UK driving license and ability to drive manual or automatic mobility cars
