Role Description
Live Nation is hiring a Fan Experience Business Partner to enhance fan engagement and elevate operational performance across Food & Beverage, Ancillary, and Merchandise operations at our EMEA venues.
In this strategic role, you'll work cross-functionally to transform data and fan insights into actionable strategies that enrich the end-to-end fan journey, boost revenue, and improve margin performance. From bars and catering to merchandise and premium offerings, you'll help shape innovative fan-centric experiences, drive the implementation of new systems, and optimise venue operations.
We're looking for a commercially minded, data-driven team player with a passion for innovation and a solid understanding of POS systems and analytics. Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Solid experience in business analysis, ideally within venues or large-scale operations.
- Proven ability to grow revenue and improve profitability through insight-led decision-making.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, retail performance metrics, and data integration.
- Commercially astute with experience working across internal teams, sponsors, and service providers.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
- Confident in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to build rapport and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams alike.

What the role includes
Operations
- Develop and execute annual fan and F&B retail strategies focused on revenue growth, margin enhancement, and fan satisfaction.
- Support the VP – Fan Experience with the rollout and integration of POS and fan technologies, ensuring alignment with broader data ecosystems.
- Monitor venue and outlet performance through regular reporting, audits, and stocktake analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on budgeting, pricing, operational standards, and outlet-level performance.
- Contribute to assessments, tenders, and business development opportunities for new or existing service providers.
Fan Insights & Research
- Lead fan research initiatives including surveys, focus groups, and post-event feedback programs.
- Analyse fan data to identify trends, sentiment, preferences, and behaviours—turning insight into strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet research and data analysis needs.
- Research and trial new F&B trends, brands, and offerings to drive innovation and increase spend per head.
- Align retail and F&B products with marketing and sponsorship strategies.
- Provide strategic input on venue and outlet layouts, menus, and interiors to balance operational efficiency and fan appeal.
- Collaborate with innovation and venue teams on new premium offerings and fan experience pilots.
- Support the introduction of new ancillary revenue streams.
