Job Description: As Revenue Operations Lead, you will architect and optimize the entire revenue engine for a rapidly scaling AI-driven enterprise platform. You'll drive GTM strategy, own the tech stack, and implement scalable processes from lead routing to quote-to-cash, directly impacting growth and operational efficiency. This role is crucial for enabling GTM teams and achieving ambitious revenue goals.

Location: Remote (DE, UK)

What you will do:

  • Act as a strategic business partner, optimizing the entire revenue engine from GTM strategy to pipeline operations.
  • Architect, operate, and maintain the comprehensive GTM technology stack, including Salesforce and integrated tools.
  • Design and implement end-to-end GTM processes, identifying bottlenecks and driving systematic improvements.

The ideal candidate:

  • Significant track record owning RevOps strategy and execution, with a systems-thinking approach.
  • Commercial/operator experience (e.g., sales, BDR, customer-facing) alongside operations work.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise as an administrator/architect and proficiency with GTM tech stacks.
