Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

As we continue our growth, we are seeking a talented Contracts Manager to join our team. We welcome applications from established Contracts Managers or experienced Project Managers ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will take a leading role in pre-commencement planning and procurement activities across a range of exciting interior fit-out projects. Working closely with our commercial team and Site Managers, you will help drive effective programming, coordination and delivery from project inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Securing best-value sub-contractor and supplier pricing
  • Procuring sub-contract works in collaboration with the delivery team
  • Leading and attending regular client review meetings
  • Coordinating supply chain progress and planning meetings
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, consultants and colleagues
  • Preparing accurate construction phase programmes

This role requires someone who can work independently, thrives under tight deadlines, and has a strong, practical understanding of on-site safety and project delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An effective communicator and confident team leader
  • A team player who works well with clients, colleagues and supply chain partners
  • An experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager seeking to progress
  • Experienced in the shopfitting/interior fit-out sector
  • Knowledgeable of current Building Legislation
  • Highly skilled in planning, programming and advance project coordination
  • Willing to work across a large geographical area
  • Financially and commercially aware
  • Methodical, organised and proactive in approach
  • Holder of a full UK driving licence

Preferred Experience:

  • Contract or project management: 5 years+
