Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a history of delivering successful interior fit out projects across the UK? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a privately owned, regional interior fit outs business, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Gloucestershire office. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role, in delivering projects to an incredibly high standard, to budget and meet critical deadlines.What's in it for you?Competitive basic salary of upto £65,000 (D.O.E)Generous car allowance totalYearly bonus potentialPrivate pension scheme.What are we looking for?Prior experience delivering successful interior fit out projects as a Quantity SurveyorDegree in Quantity SurveyingStrong commercial awareness, especially ordering and taking off materials.Full UK's driving licenseKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare preliminary cost estimates based on design briefs or early-stage drawings.Provide cost planning advice to ensure designs are financially feasiblePrepare tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliersAnalyse and evaluate subcontractor bids and supplier quotations #J-18808-Ljbffr
