Known for delivering excellence, they have built a strong reputation in the industry and provide a collaborative, people-focused environment.The Role – Quantity SurveyorAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining financial control from inception to completion. You will work on a variety of projects, overseeing budgets, contracts, and cost planning to ensure successful delivery.Key Responsibilities Cost management and reporting throughout project lifecycles Preparing tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies Conducting risk assessments and value engineering exercises Managing subcontractor payments and valuations Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency Providing accurate cost forecasting and budget controlWhat We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong knowledge of contract law, JCT & NEC contracts Ability to manage multiple projects with values up to £20 million Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent qualification) preferred Experience working with main contractors or building contractors is highly desirableWhat’s in it for You?
