Ideal start is in January 2026. Working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in our Burnet Rd. office in Norwich.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Contract Administrator to join our Gasway team. You'll be the first point of contact for operatives and clients, ensuring all works are scheduled, documented, and delivered on time. This role is key to maintaining excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of our servicing programme.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main contact for operatives, clients, and colleagues.
  • Schedule and plan work to meet customer needs and KPI targets.
  • Maintain accurate legislative documentation and completion packs.
  • Keep customers informed of progress and timelines.
  • Escalate issues promptly and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Handle administrative tasks including calls, written communication, and data updates.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and health & safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven administrative experience managing multiple work streams.
  • Strong customer service skills, especially over the phone.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and confidence to challenge when needed.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the building industry and Working Time Directive.
  • GCSE-level education or equivalent.
