Brow and Lash Specialist

Reporting To

Job Purpose

To provide expert Brow and Lash Services, Consultations, 5* Service and advice to our clients. A team player who is passionate about their art and service and self-motivated ensuring a full diary and regular clientele.

Main Duties

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing the highest level of service and professionalism when carrying out Brow and lash services, consultations and treatments to clients ensuring a 5* service.
  • A team player who ensures a positive, results driven, efficiently run working environment and experience for all, supporting the rest of the team and business in ensuring treatments are performed to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames.
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines at all times
  • Booking in and amending appointments as required
  • Delivering and participating in training as required
  • Selling/upselling products and services and advising clients of suitable treatments, services and offers available to them
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and continually improving product and treatment knowledge.
  • Social media engagement and posting on a daily basis, taking regular pictures/videos and the teams work is featured on social media (Tik Tok, FB and Instagram)
  • Attending industry events and awards ceremonies
  • Meeting sales/productivity targets set and assisting team to meet targets as required
  • Business Development – using best endeavours at all times to ensure a full diary and regular client base by using traditional and digital marketing such a leaflet drops, social media posts, newsletters and special offers and recommendations.

Person Specification

The below outline the Candidate requirements for this role:

Essential

  • Experienced professional who is a highly skilled Brow and lash Artist with at least 3 years experience in the Brow and lash industry.
  • Passionate about brows/lashes and the beauty industry, consistently providing treatments at the highest standard and making a positive difference to customers through creating the best bespoke brows and lashes.
  • A passion for learning new techniques and observing new brow trends
  • A great, natural team player with a positive attitude to work and supporting the business/team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Respectful and kind natured
  • Highly Professional with high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail (must be fluent in English)
  • Loyal to our brand

Desirable

  • 3 years Brow and Lash experience
  • Strong sales skills/experience of meeting targets
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Social media skills
