**Job Title - Part-Time PA/Receptionist**

- H Beauty Chester (starting February 2026) & BROW HQ, Chester (prior to February 2026)
**Job Type**: Part-Time Working Hours: Flexible hours required, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
**About Us**: BROW spa is an expanding luxury retail brand dedicated to delivering exceptional brow/lash & beauty services and experiences. As we make our exciting move into a new luxury retail space at H Beauty Chester, we are looking for a dynamic and professional Part-Time PA/Receptionist to join our team and support the team and our Managing Director.
**Role Overview**: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Managing Director while ensuring our clients experience the highest level of customer service. This role requires a flexible approach to work, especially during weekends.
**Key Responsibilities**: - Act as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling, projects and administrative tasks for the Managing Director.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly to ensure a positive experience. - Support the sales process through effective communication and customer engagement. - Maintain organized records and assist with invoicing and financial tracking.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and participating in team meetings.
Requirements: - Proven experience in a front-of-house or reception role, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide a memorable client experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive, flexible approach to work, with availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.

Person Specification
**Essential**
- _Experienced Reception/Front of House executive who is highly professional and smart with a warm personality._
- _The ability to communicate in a professional way, to listen to our customers and clients whilst remaining warm and friendly._
- _Super organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task and think on your feet_
- _Knowledgeable (full product training will be given) with a passion for beauty, brows, wellbeing and._
- _The ability to sell and meet targets set_
- _Excellent communication skills and attention to detail_
- _Flexibility and the ability to work weekends (9.30am-5.30pm)_
