- We are looking for an energetic, passionate full-time sous chef to join the kitchen brigade of our award winning pub
- Must live locally
- You must have at least three years of experience in a fast paced, premium casual dining pub/restaurant, preferably with some fine dining back ground
- A natural ability to take responsibility and organise yourself and a kitchen brigade working around you in the head chefs absence. You must have a good knowledge of food hygiene procedures, stock and ordering with a minimum of level 2 in food hygiene
- You should be incredibly passionate about food and seasonal produce , and have the ability to give input on daily specials and menu design.
- We are a new establishment looking to cement our position as a premium destination pub/ restaurant serving fresh produce and high quality dishes. The majority of the brigade is from a rosette/ Michelin back ground.
- Diverse job role including working on all sections from larder to pastry and running the pass.
