- Work with Amazon Seller Central to resolve shipment discrepancies, reimbursement claims, or listing issues.
DTC Fulfillment & Logistics
- Oversee daily order flow, fulfillment accuracy, and shipping performance from our DTC channels.
- Liaise with 3PL partners to troubleshoot delays, address packaging or pick/pack issues, and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor carrier performance, shipping costs, and customer service escalations linked to logistics.
Operations Administration
- Maintain SOPs and workflow documentation for operational processes
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure operational readiness for promotions, launches, and restocks.
- Assist with forecasting by providing accurate data on sales velocity, seasonal trends, and regional demand patterns.
Quality & Compliance

- Ensure product packaging, labeling, and import/export documentation meet US and UK compliance standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in FMCG, eCommerce operations, supply chain, inventory management, or logistics (supplements or CPG preferred).

- Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and operations tools (e.g., ERP, inventory management software).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Bonus: Knowledge of supplement industry regulations (FDA, MHRA), Shopify experience, or operational work with DTC brands.
