Sales Operations Coordinator
Hybrid – London (1–2 days/month) | £35,000 | Technology Consulting | HubSpot & CRM Focus
Amber Labs is a fast-growing technology consultancy delivering secure cloud, data, and AI solutions to clients across government and regulated industries. We're now looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to help build structure and visibility into our commercial function as we scale past 100 people.
The Role
You'll be the backbone of our sales operations — keeping our pipeline accurate, our CRM clean, and our leadership team informed. This is a hands-on coordination role with plenty of room to grow into broader Sales Operations as you help set up our new HubSpot environment and strengthen how we manage opportunities and forecasts.
What You'll Do
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client activity in HubSpot and
- Support the setup and configuration of HubSpot and help define how the sales team uses it day-to-day.
- Coordinate sales meetings: prepare agendas, capture actions, and chase follow-ups.
- Produce and maintain weekly and monthly pipeline and forecast reports in collaboration with account directors and the Commercial Strategy Director.
- Track key sales KPIs, ensuring data quality and visibility for the SLT.
- Support proposal and bid preparation, document management, and other administrative tasks across the sales team.
- Suggest improvements to processes and help embed simple automations as we scale.
About You
- Experience in sales administration, coordination, or support (professional services or tech environment preferred).
- Organised, reliable, and confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Familiar with a CRM platform — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for simple reporting.
- Interested in developing towards Sales or Revenue Operations as your next step.
