Join Clear Pathway Care – We're Hiring Day and Night Support Workers
- About Clear Pathway Care
At Clear Pathway Care, we provide specialist support to adults (18+) with learning disabilities, autism, communication differences, and behaviours that challenge.
Our aim is to help each individual live safely, confidently, and meaningfully within their community. We create environments that promote dignity, respect, and personal growth — where both the people we support and our staff teams can thrive.
If you're someone who can stay calm under pressure, show empathy in every situation, and bring positivity to even the toughest days — you'll fit right in.
- The Role
As a Day Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting people who present behaviours that can be complex or challenging. You'll receive full training and ongoing support to help you:
- Build trusting relationships through consistency and positive communication
- Promote choice, independence, and active participation in daily life
- Support individuals to manage their emotions safely and effectively
- Follow structured support plans and contribute to behaviour management strategies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to deliver person-centred care
Experience in a similar setting is beneficial, but not essential — we're looking for caring, patient, and confident individuals who are ready to make a genuine difference.
- Why Work With Us?
We believe great care starts with great people — and we invest heavily in your development from day one:
- Comprehensive paid induction and shadow shifts
- Funded QCF qualifications (Levels 2, 3 & 5)
- Ongoing specialist training, including Autism, PBS, and Safeguarding
- Regular supervisions, appraisals, and professional development reviews
- A supportive, values-driven team culture with approachable managers
Opportunities to progress into senior or specialist roles
