  • The Role

As a Day Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting people who present behaviours that can be complex or challenging. You'll receive full training and ongoing support to help you:

  • Build trusting relationships through consistency and positive communication
  • Promote choice, independence, and active participation in daily life
  • Support individuals to manage their emotions safely and effectively
  • Follow structured support plans and contribute to behaviour management strategies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to deliver person-centred care

Experience in a similar setting is beneficial, but not essential — we're looking for caring, patient, and confident individuals who are ready to make a genuine difference.

  • £12.50–£13.00 per hour, depending on experience

  • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)

  • Ability to commute or relocate to Poole (BH12)
  • Fluent in English

  • Willingness to complete The Care Certificate and all mandatory training during probation
