- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe environment for children.
- Support the Club Managers in any other tasks as required.
- Making and serving breakfast to children.
Skills & Experience (desired):
- Experience of working with children in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and parents effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the club.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children of varying ages and abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions from the club manager.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willingness to undergo one.
- First Aid certification or willingness to undergo training.
We strictly adhere to safer recruitment practices to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment for both our employees and the children in our care. Background checks, reference verifications, and thorough screening processes are integral parts of our recruitment procedure.
