Fizz Pop Science is a leading provider of fun, hands-on science clubs, workshops, and birthday parties for children aged 5–12 across the UK.

We're looking for enthusiastic, term-time-only team members who have a driving licence and access to a car to help deliver our exciting after-school clubs in local schools, as well as science workshops and events during weekday mornings. Some light preparation and admin work is also part of the role.

You'll be running simple, engaging science experiments and demonstrations for groups of up to 20 children — activities that the kids (and hopefully you) will absolutely love.

Requirements

  • Direct experience leading or managing groups of children aged 5+ in an educational, entertainment, sporting, or similar environment is essential.
  • A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for working with children is essential.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
  • This is a term-time-only position.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or learning-based setting.
  • Understanding of special educational needs (SEN) practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt your approach to suit different learning styles.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
