We are looking for F&B servers with a friendly smile and a positive and courteous attitude to join our Food and Beverage team in our small luxury boutique hotel in Belgravia, London.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum High school degree, sanitation and food safety training will be considered a plus
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly personality and positive attitude
  • Courteous demeanour towards guests and coworkers
  • Professional appearance
  • Related previous experience in food and beverage operations, making cocktails and all kinds of coffee
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience
  • Have a hands - on attitude
  • To be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the Food and Beverage department

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and promptly seat them, take food and beverage orders, meet any special requirements or requests. Ask for any allergies.
  • Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients and daily specials to respond to guest inquiries and make suggestions.
  • Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services and activities
  • Upsell when appropriate
  • Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
  • Deliver cheques and collect payments
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff and front office
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations and all customer service guide lines
