We've reached over 70 million women organically and are backed by leading investors including Morgan Stanley and Sequoia Scout.

Our viral supplement line – created for women, by women – is now stocked in 700+ Boots stores nationwide. You may have seen us in Forbes, The Guardian, Business Insider, The Standard, Sheerluxe and Grazia as we continue to redefine what modern women's health looks like.

The Role

We're looking for a Community Manager to drive the next chapter of Unfabled's growth – building a movement powered by culture, conversation and connection.

This role blends community building, trendspotting, content creation, and brand partnerships. You'll build Unfabled's visibility across key online community spaces by creating culturally resonant Instagram content, engaging our audience daily across channels, and cultivating a community that feels seen, supported, and inspired.

You'll be the connective tissue between Unfabled and the wider world – spotting what's next, creating meaningful partnerships, and bringing our community to life online and offline.

What you'll do:

Community Growth:

  • Grow Unfabled's community across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Discord and emerging platforms; engage daily through comments, DMs and conversation-driving activity.

Instagram Content Creation:

  • Create culturally relevant Instagram Carousels, Reels and Stories; test new formats; contribute ideas to the monthly content calendar.

Advocacy & Ambassadors:

  • Build and run Unfabled's ambassador/advocacy programme, empowering community members to share stories and experiences.

Events & Activations:

  • Plan and execute IRL events, workshops and pop-ups; lead logistics, partnerships, content capture and social amplification.

Trendspotting & Insights:

  • Monitor cultural conversations, forums and platforms; surface insights that inform NPD, marketing, community strategy and content.

Partnerships:

  • Source, negotiate and manage brand/creator partnerships end-to-end — from ideation to activation and performance tracking.

Community Operations:

  • Systematise workflows, track performance, and ensure community initiatives are delivered with pace and excellence.

About you:

  • Exceptionally organised with a strong bias for action – a self-starter who gets things done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • You live online – fluent in IG, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, and the spaces where women's health and lifestyle conversations thrive.
  • Culturally tuned and creatively curious.
  • Experienced in community building, partnerships, or influencer/brand activation.
  • Proactive, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Capable of creating Instagram content with a basic knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, CapCut, in-app editing).
  • Passionate about women's health, consumer brands, and building from zero to one.
  • 2+ years in community, partnerships, influencer, or brand marketing roles.

Why join us:

You'll be joining a small, ambitious team rewriting the rules of women's health – with the chance to build a truly modern community function that spans digital and IRL. You'll shape the cultural edge of a brand redefining wellness for a new generation.
Expect autonomy, steep learning curves, and the chance to make your mark early.

Benefits

  • Salary plus equity options
  • Flexible work environment, typically 3 days in office (Paddington, London) and 2 days WFH
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme (5% contribution)
  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture with regular team socials
  • Health and wellness benefits
  • Work in a mission-driven environment with the potential to make a significant impact in women's health

Right to work:
We don't provide visas so please only apply if you have a right to work in the UK.
