Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching our flat roofing services directly to homeowners, with the goal of generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This is not hard sell role- its about starting conversations, understanding customer needs, and introducing them to a service that adds value. The ideal candidate is confident and outgoing with good communication skills, self-motivated and target-driven. They will be comfortable working outdoors and speaking with the public, reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Duties
- Door to door sales, in designated areas engaging with homeowners
- Generating leads and meeting daily sales targets
- Collect customer information adhering to GDPR requirements.
- Represent Storm Solutions Ltd professionally and ethically.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role. Sales experience is not mandatory however is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
