Client Services (Financial Planning/Wealth Management)

Location: Hybrid (Office-based with Flexibility) – Manchester/Lancashire/Nottingham

Salary: To £35,000

The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of advice and support services to our valued clients.

Our environment is busy and fast-paced, so you'll need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator who thrives in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to clients via phone, email, and video.

Support Financial Planners with client meetings, including preparing complex meeting packs and managing diaries.

Liaise with providers, process client instructions, and handle enquiries efficiently.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Collaborate closely with paraplanners and other internal teams to deliver high-quality Financial Planning advice.

Greet and assist clients/visitors in the office when required.

About you:

Proven experience in a Financial Planning support or administration role within financial services.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) software.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong numeracy and communication skills.

Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
