The opportunity
As a Performance Manager, you will leverage our advertising platform to optimize key strategic gaming accounts, driving revenue growth through advanced data analytics and strategic insights. This role requires a high level of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of game economies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, executing strategies to optimize user acquisition activity.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to support and optimize key gaming accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Communicate with advertisers on providing suggestions to optimize campaigns and improve user acquisition strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams to implement improvements, develop new features, and adjust strategies to ensure client success.
  • Develop and present client-facing materials, including partnership decks, case studies, and presentations to drive business development efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Imply, or Looker.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to approach problems strategically and execute strategies cross-functionally.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working on mobile gaming or in the ad tech/gaming industry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

You might also have

  • Familiarity with mobile app tracking and attribution analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc).
