Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Night Guest Experience Agent to join our Guest Experience team.

As a
Night Guest Experience Agent
at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking internal and external calls
  • Producing and reviewing arrival reports
  • Managing multiple inboxes for the hotel
  • Maintaining guest profiles
  • Monitoring and responding to guest requests.

As a
Night Guest Experience Agent
,
you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts will be 10:30pm – 7am (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful
Night Guest Experience Agent
candidate
, you will ideally have worked in a hospitality/hotel environment and demonstrate a desire to learn and develop. You must have strong administrative skills, be an excellent communicator, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
