We're looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa—one of the Cotswolds' most recognised boutique luxury hotels.

Dormy House is home to 3 AA Rosette dining at The Back Garden and our Michelin-featured 4AA chef's table, MO. As a Chef de Partie, you'll work within a highly organised, supportive kitchen brigade, guided by Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge. This role offers the chance to grow your skills, work with excellent ingredients, and be part of a kitchen committed to high standards and consistency.

You'll join a calm, professional environment with modern equipment, strong teamwork, and ongoing investment—designed to help you progress confidently and sustainably.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running your section consistently and efficiently
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
  • Assisting with prep, mise en place and stock control
  • Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the wider brigade
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
  • Helping deliver a smooth and professional service

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
  • A reliable, professional and proactive approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A desire to learn and develop within a high-performing kitchen
  • A positive attitude and pride in producing quality work

The details:

  • £35,692.80 per year
  • Plus service charge (approx. £38,500 OTE)
  • 48 hours per week
  • Meals on duty and uniform provided
  • Live-in accommodation can be arranged
