About The Role
Role Overview
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Sales Order Processor to be a key part of our Operations team, representing proAV, working alongside a small team to respond to client inquiries and process sales orders and invoices.
One of many openings available at proAV (who have over 500 team members globally), this position is based within our proAV site in Egham.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Sales Order Processor to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders for proAV Project works and service contracts.
- Raising and issuing invoices in an efficient and timely fashion.
- Managing stage payments and client PO's.
- Updating SAP and other company information systems.
- Stock Control/ Management.
- Dealing directly with clients and queries.
- Administrating and facilitating installation projects including data processing of working copies.
- Support the team to improve export sales order processing efficiency.
- Creation and presentation of reports to senior management on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Liaising with other departments (including Sales team, Accounts, PSH, etc).
- Assisting with Purchasing as and when required.
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects issued by senior management.
Desirable Skills
- SAP Business 1 Knowledge
- Advanced Excel knowledge
Hours of work
40 hours per week, 9 hours a day, 8.30am-5.30pm, including an hour unpaid break, Monday-Friday.
