**About the role **

Sytner Group has a rare and very exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to join our management team at Maranello Sales.

This Iconic business was Ferrari UK Dealer of the year 2021 and has a fabulous record for the highest performancefor both Ferrari and Maserati.

The Head of Sales is a new position created to help the existing management and sales team, providing additional talent to focus on overall control of new car management with particular attention to expanding and maximising the preowned and finance opportunity.

This new role will support our Head of Business who covers several businesses across several locations in the area and is required to ensure we create and foster every available opportunity and enable us to maintain and further develop this highly successfulbusiness.

You will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of the entire sales operation. You will lead from the front and inspire a fantastic team of colleagues, all of whom are integral in making the department the success that it is today. ?

You will also coach and mentor individuals and team competence in order to further the department's success. Your key objectives aside from gross profit and volume growth will include effective enquiry management and ensuring optimum stock is available atall times.

This is a full time role?which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.?
**About you**

This role would suit a sales manager with a proven track record of success gained from within the motor industry, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department.

You will be able to demonstrate that you are able to handle conflicting demands and display the passion and ability to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to ensure repeat and referral business.

The ability to be able to lead, influence and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department is essential.
