Fee Earner – Housing Disrepair
Location: Macclesfield
Full Time and hybrid option available
Salary: £DOE
ACS have teamed up with a successful Macclesfield based firm, with the recruitment of a fee earner within their housing disrepair team
The successful candidate will ideally have the following knowledge and experience –
Ability to manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claimsLegal Knowledge of the Housing Conditions pre-action protocolLegal knowledge of the CPR and fast-track litigation processReview reports from SurveyorsCarry out quantum assessments/reviews and formalising case plansAbility to run issued, fast track matters with minimal supervision.To effectively act upon court directions and to prepare matters for trialExperience of using Proclaim case management systemExperience of working in a fast paced, target driven environmentAttention to detailOrganisation and admin skillsCommunication skills: written and verbalAbility to work individually or part as a teamBenefits:
