Role: OL/EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner (2 Years PQE or Equivalent)

Location: Macclesfield or Remote Working

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced OL/EL/PL Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our client's rapidly growing law firm. This role offers the flexibility to be based at their modern offices in Macclesfield or to work remotely, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of OL/EL/PL matters from initial instruction through to trial.Handle claims arising from Occupiers' Liability, Employers' Liability, and Public Liability accidents.Provide exceptional client care, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships.Ensure accurate and efficient case management in line with firm procedures and regulatory standards.Prepare legal documents, statements, and reports as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience handling OL/EL/PL claims.Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and ability to manage claims through to trial.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems (Proclaim experience advantageous but not essential).Proactive, organised, and dedicated to delivering high-quality legal service.
