Role: RTA Solicitor / Fee Earner (2 Years PQE or Equivalent)

Location: Macclesfield or Remote Working

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Permanent, Full-Time

The successful candidate will join a well-established RTA department and handle a high-quality caseload from inception through to trial. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and ambitious legal professional seeking to progress within a dynamic and supportive firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of RTA claims from instruction through to trial.Handle claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents with minimal supervision.Provide exceptional client care and maintain regular communication throughout the claims process.Prepare legal documentation, statements, and reports in line with firm procedures.Ensure accurate and efficient case management using the firm's systems and processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience handling RTA claims.Comprehensive knowledge of RTA law and the ability to manage files from inception to trial.Strong communication skills with a focus on providing high-quality client service.Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems (Proclaim experience desirable but not essential).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently within a busy environment.
