Are you ready to turn complex finance data into powerful insights that drive innovation in the pharmaceutical world?

R&D Partners is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to provide operational and financial support. This role focuses on managing capital requests, tracking budgets, ensuring timely payments, and overseeing asset processes. You will work collaboratively with various teams to enhance workflows and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track capital requests to ensure approvals and accurate records.
  • Monitor spending against budgets to maintain effective financial control.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely settlements.
  • Oversee the creation and tracking of new assets for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure assets are recorded in line with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Resolve invoice disputes by collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions and communications.
  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in finance, accounting, or asset management.
  • Strong skills in analysis, organization, and communication.
  • Familiarity with ERP accounting systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
