Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on care.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to care home practices and IT systems used for documentation.
  • Foster a supportive environment that promotes the dignity and independence of clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in care home or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to understand and follow care plans effectively.
  • Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records is beneficial.
