The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Event Coordinator to join our Global Marketing team within Automotive & Data, reporting to the Global Marketing Director. This role is crucial for managing our global event calendar and creating impactful B2B events—from global trade shows and industry conferences to bespoke hosted customer events and demos—that strengthen our brand and foster business growth.

Plan and execute a range of events, including activations at international trade shows, partner summits, customer workshops, and product demo experiences.

Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, merchandise, booth design, catering, AV, transportation, and accommodation.

Manage vendors and suppliers, ensuring contracts, budgets, and timelines are met.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure event messaging and materials align with business goals.

Oversee event marketing activities, including invitations, promotional campaigns, social media, and on-site branding.

Track performance and ROI by preparing post-event reports, analysing attendee engagement, and identifying improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our presence remains innovative and competitive.

About you 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

3+ years' experience in event planning, ideally within B2B automotive or technology sectors.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.

Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%).

Familiarity with CRM and event marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Cvent) is a plus.
