Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheffield for a Membership Advisor. The Membership Advisor will be responsible for engaging with potential and current members, driving membership sales to meet targets, providing exceptional customer service, delivering member consultations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment in the facility. They will be expected to actively contribute towards team and business objectives while building positive relationships with both members and the local community.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Membership Sales and a thorough understanding of managing memberships
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and engagement with members
  • Proven Sales experience, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results
  • Passion for sport and customer well-being is a plus
  • Prior experience in the leisure or fitness industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, is desirable
