We're working with a
multi-award-winning creative agency
based in London that's absolutely smashing it in the world of
sports marketing
. Think: big-name clients, high-energy launch films, and some of the slickest campaigns in the game.

Right now, they're on the hunt for a
freelance Motion Designer
to jump on some
high-profile launch film projects
– and they need someone who knows their way around fast-paced, visually striking, concept-led motion work.

This is
not
a pixel-pushing gig. They want someone who can
bring energy, flair, and creative ideas to the table
, and turn them into beautifully crafted motion pieces that punch hard and look mint.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating launch films for top-tier sports clients
  • Bringing scripts, storyboards and creative concepts to life through motion
  • Working closely with creatives, producers and editors to deliver slick, engaging content
  • Owning your projects from concept to delivery – with a keen eye for timing, rhythm, and storytelling
  • Creating motion assets for social, digital, and campaign roll-outs

What you'll need to be good with:

  • After Effects
    – your motion playground
  • Cinema 4D
    or
    Blender
    – 3D chops always a bonus
  • Photoshop & Illustrator
    – for prepping assets and general wizardry
  • Premiere Pro
    – handy if you need to cut anything yourself
  • An understanding of
    sound design
    , even if you're not doing it yourself
  • Solid grasp of pacing, transitions, and visual rhythm
