We are now seeking caring, enthusiastic, and experienced individuals to join our team as Care Assistants.

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide exceptional, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs and preferences.
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while promoting independence and dignity.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Accurately record care provided using our electronic system.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Take part in ongoing training and professional development.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Must hold a Level 2 NVQ or Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a nursing or care home setting.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be reliable, empathetic, and motivated to make a positive difference.
