We are now seeking caring, enthusiastic, and experienced individuals to join our team as Care Assistants.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Provide exceptional, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs and preferences.
  • Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Accurately record care provided using our electronic system.
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Take part in ongoing training and professional development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Must hold a Level 2 NVQ or Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a nursing or care home setting.
  • Be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be reliable, empathetic, and motivated to make a positive difference.
