Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking for your next long-term opportunity? This is an excellent chance to join a highly respected independent financial advice firm with a fantastic culture of togetherness, teamwork, and professional growth.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Paraplanner, with good knowledge of a range of financial services.

This is a full-time office-based position offering a starting salary of c£40,000, alongside a market-leading benefits package and the chance to work within a collaborative, people-focused environment. Hybrid working will be considered upon successful completion of probation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver full paraplanning support and suitability reports
  • Manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Communicate professionally with clients
  • Interpret client data to identify suitable solutions

Skills & Experience

  • Experienced in paraplanning and report writing
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance focus
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or actively working towards completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Curo experience desirable
  • Excellent organisation and client communication skills
  • Committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes
