With the focus on growing a team, we are looking to engage with an experienced Paraplanner that has managed and developed teams before. You will be working for a growing national IFA firm that is going through a transitional period as they look to increasetheir client base through acquisitions and organic client growth of the existing portfolio.

You will work with an existing team of paraplanners with established track records, providing development, coaching, and training support to enable them to achieve their highest potential.

Recruitment will play a key role in the long-term objective of the organisation so you will be working with new entrants to the company in achieving competency and minimising the time taken for new entrants to understand and be able to follow company processesand standards and be productive in their roles.

They are offering a hybrid working environment of office and home-based depending on your preference.

**To be considered**:
Experience of working in a regulated Financial Services environment

Experience in the construction of financial planning advice, either in an advisory, paraplanning or research capacity

Experience in coaching individuals and providing feedback

Experience of providing skills-based coaching

Experience in the identification of training needs
