Our client, a highly respected Independent Financial Adviser practice based in Marlow, is seeking
a Senior IFA Administrator
to join their fast-paced and collaborative team.

*About the Role
You'll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners within a
pod structure*
(1 adviser, 1 paraplanner, 1 admin), giving you exposure to complex client cases and a broad range of responsibilities. Unlike larger firms where tasks are siloed, this role offers variety and the chance to develop a diverse skillset.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Managing client administration across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Preparing and processing documentation for new business and ongoing reviews
  • Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM and other back-office systems
  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with compliance and reporting tasks

*What We're Looking For*

  • Previous experience in financial services administration (IFA or wealth management preferred)
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently in a high-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
