Marketing Manager

Emerald Telecom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, with a particular emphasis on Facebook and Google Ads. This role requires a hands-on approach to all marketing activities, from strategy development to campaign execution and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for Emerald Telecom's products and services.
- Design, execute, and optimize highly effective campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms, including search, display, video, and app campaigns. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, bid management, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing marketing strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee content creation for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and advertising collateral, ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in social media advertising and search engine marketing.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment (if applicable).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Demonstrable expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. This includes campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for various campaign objectives.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets to achieve measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and present findings clearly.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
