We're a Leeds-based B2B sales business working with established commercial energy suppliers and brokers.

Due to growth, we're hiring experienced B2B Commercial Energy Appointment Setters to work on live, high-volume energy campaigns.

This role is for people who already understand commercial energy – contracts, renewal conversations, decision-makers, and objections.

We expect a professional standard and pay accordingly.

The Role

  • Cold calling UK businesses regarding commercial electricity and gas
  • Speaking with owners, directors, ops managers, and finance contacts
  • Booking qualified sales meetings for energy specialists
  • Working structured, proven energy scripts
  • Accuracy and qualification are non-negotiable

You are booking meetings that convert, not just filling calendars.

Experience (Required)

  • Direct B2B commercial energy appointment setting experience
  • Confident handling:
  • Contract end dates
  • Current suppliers
  • Renewal windows
  • Gatekeepers and objections
  • Comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers

If you do not have commercial energy experience, this specific role will not be suitable.

Performance & Bonus

  • £40 per sat meeting that does not convert
  • £75 per sat meeting that does convert into a sale
  • We expect around 40% of sat meetings to convert
  • Uncapped monthly bonus
  • Strong, consistent performers earn well above basic

This is an outcome-based role.

Quality meetings = real money.
