Our team is expanding and we are looking for someone to join our business support team.

This role will include making outbound sales calls B2B to prospective customers to generate leads and appointments for our field sales team.

**About us**:
Leodis Coffee specialises in commercial coffee machines and supplies in and around the Yorkshire region, offering award-winning coffee, servicing and barista training.

This role is a full-time role with an attractive commission structure.

Office hours 9 am - 1630 Monday - Thursday

9 AM - 1600 - Friday

28 days holiday including bank holidays

**Responsibilities**:

- High Volume B2B Calls (Approx. 150+ Per Day)
- Identify Key Decision Makers
- Securing Sales Appointments
- Manage Appointment Diaries
- General office duties
- Data sourcing & Inputting
- **Proven ability to make B2C cold calls****:

- **meeting their daily targets for successful calls
- **Proven ability to execute in a professional manner the handling and overturning of objections**:

- Strong telephone communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and targets
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
- Previous experience in lead generation or telesales in a b2c role is essential

**Experience**:

- Lead Generation/Telesales: 2 years (required)

**Location**:

- Leeds, West Yorkshire (preferred)

**Language**:

- Native-level English (preferred)

Pay: £19,760.00-£26,000.00 per year
