Your Journey through the Programme

During the 12-month programme, you will receive:
  • Induction & Training: Learn from experts across the business, covering the fundamentals of Project Management, our specific systems and our Project Management methodology & processes.
  • Hands-On Experience: Be placed in key customer accounts supported by experienced Lead Project Managers.
  • Mentorship: Be aligned with a buddy and a mentor from our team of experienced Project Managers, who will guide you on your accelerated learning & development journey.
  • Structured Training: Take time out from day-to-day project activities to complete structured training, including a Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner course.
  • Business Rotations: Participate in business area rotations to develop your network and knowledge of Computacenter Group operations.
  • After successfully completing the 12-month programme, you will graduate and become a Project Manager in your assigned Practice. If you perform well, your salary will be reviewed at this milestone.
