Overview

Do you love connecting talented people with amazing opportunities? At Gallagher Bassett, we're looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier professionals who will contribute to our continued success.

You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner, HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience. You'll also champion our core values of inclusion, diversity, and excellence throughout the hiring process.

How you'll make an impact
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to actively source and identify top talent through various channels, while building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines.
  • Screen candidates to ensure they meet the role requirements and align with our company values before progressing them through the hiring process.
  • Deliver a compelling and accurate narrative about Gallagher Bassett and the opportunities we offer, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner, HR and hiring managers to provide advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Support our employment brand through recruitment marketing initiatives and coordinate interviews with the assistance of our Talent Acquisition Global Support Team.
  • Actively promote and support our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) strategy throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment and selection training for hiring managers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information, interview progress, and offer details.
  • Utilise recruitment metrics and data insights to inform sourcing strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
About You
  • Experience in recruitment, whether that's in an agency, RPO, or in-house role.
  • A background in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
  • Some knowledge of the job market, including pay trends and where to find great candidates.
  • Great people skills, you'll need to work well with everyone from hiring managers to external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • A good understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Eligibility: The right to work in the UK.
  • Hybrid working: 2 days office based in either our London, Ipswich, Chelmsford, Blisworth or Tamworth Gallagher Bassett Offices.
